Pipux.net is a personal website. Welcome!

He who keeps his work in disorder gives home to Chaos.
Let him be struck with stone and iron to forge away his flaws.

Since you made it this far, you may be asking yourself right now "What good could this web bring to me?".
And that's a good, reasonable question.

The author of this site focuses on the following topics: computer hardware and networking, philosophy, history.
Well, now you know what is the site about. Stay, if you like smiley

Site crossroad, i.e. the sections

  • The Humanities section contains a variety of "soft science" texts.
Articles focused on psychology, sociology, cultural criticism, history. The aim of the section is broad.
So please keep in mind the quality of these essays is disputable and may not always resemble academic standards.
Updated: 31/12/2008, On subject: Medieval warfare
  • The Technology related texts.
Computer architectures, semiconductor technologies, low-level networking, etc. (in between IT and electronics).
Updated: 12/01/2009, On subject: The passive cooling experiment
  • The Playground is a place restricted for non-serious topics, designer's creations.
Updated: 04/01/2009, On subject: The art of stealth
  • A Resume of mine.
  • Use the Contact form, if you'd like to ... well ... get in contact with me.
  • Use the Appearance setup if you wish to tweak the site appearance.

Notes on the concept of the site

  • The official language of this site is english. Some articles or materials, however, might appear in czech, latin, etc.
  • Internet Explorer is neither supported nor recomended for viewing this site (especially the older versions - 5.5, 6).
If the people at M$ can not get their browser to follow W3C standards, why should we create special workarounds and hacks to fix the behavior of their broken product?
The best thing to do is not use IE at all. Use Opera or Firefox or something like that instead (Presto, Gecko or WebKit rendering engines) ...
  • Some articles may be written as challenges to belief systems (call it philosophically open mind), thus may seem as offending to a person with closed mind.
The site is maintained because of fun; if you dislike it, do yourself a favor and leave.
  • Do not steal the articles on this site. Cite and/or link to them instead.

Enjoy your stay! And remember: If i don't see you around here, i'll see you around ... here smiley
